We do not offer discounted rates for group bookings. However, if you are planning to make a booking for a large group or corporate event, please send an email to support@illusioanaries.com. All bookings are considered final and confirmed at the time of purchase. Tickets, however, can be exchanged for a different time slot within the same calendar month up to 48 hours prior to the entry date and time, subject to any additional fees. Refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled or abandoned before half of the show has taken place.
