A War Pensions Mobility Allowance document. A blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate). A personal letter from the GP, community nurse, or social worker. A Disabled Person's Railcard or Bus Pass. A document of registration with the Blue Badge Scheme. Any document of proof of receiving benefits for disability. A CredAbility Access Card.
