To ensure a pleasant experience at Illusionaries, timed entry is enforced, thus we highly advise purchasing tickets online in advance. Although it may be possible to purchase tickets on the day of your visit, availability is limited. Please note that a handling fee is charged per transaction for tickets purchased at the venue.
Tickets can be purchased through our official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster. You can access Ticketmaster's Universe platform through our website or by visiting this link. Please note that tickets purchased from unofficial sellers will not be accepted for entry and are therefore invalid.
While it may be possible to purchase tickets at the venue on the day of the event, we highly recommend that you book your tickets online in advance as availability may be limited. To ensure that you secure your desired tickets, it is best to check our ticketing site beforehand to confirm if we are open and if tickets are still available for your preferred date and time.
Ticket prices vary across all exhibitions. Please visit the specific event page on our website for detailed pricing. Essential carers are eligible for complimentary tickets as well. To purchase tickets, please visit our official website or visit our official ticketing partner platform.
Please arrive within your designated arrival times. Please refer to your ticket confirmation which would provide specific information about your purchased exhibition and its arrival times. This is to regulate the number of guests in the venue and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
While we don't offer specific discounts for our visitors with disabilities, we believe that access to culture and art should be available to everyone. We are committed to making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we provide a provision for one accompanying carer per eligible visitor, completely free of charge. This means there's no need to purchase a separate ticket for your carer.
If you wish to bring along a carer, we ask that you present appropriate proof of eligibility when you visit. Upon presentation at the entrance, this documentation will secure your carer's complimentary admission.
Below is a list of documents we might take into consideration when providing a complimentary carer ticket:
A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) document.
Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
A letter from a medical professional, such as a doctor's note or a letter from an occupational therapist.
A Carer's Allowance document.
A Nimbus Access Card with the '+1' symbol.
A Social Services letter: Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 - 95 dBHL or worse.
A War Pensions Mobility Allowance document.
A blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate).
A personal letter from the GP, community nurse, or social worker.
A Disabled Person's Railcard or Bus Pass.
A document of registration with the Blue Badge Scheme.
Any document of proof of receiving benefits for disability.
A CredAbility Access Card.
A Companion/Carer Card from your local council or organisation.
Please remember, we understand that every individual's situation is unique. Therefore, if you have other forms of proof of eligibility that are not listed above, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We also understand that you might prefer to handle this discreetly. If you would rather not present your proof of eligibility at the entrance, you are welcome to send it to us in advance via email at support@illusionaries.com. We will then provide you with a confirmation message that you can simply present at the door.
If you have any additional questions, need further clarification, or require any assistance, we are here for you. We eagerly await the opportunity to welcome you to Illusionaries.
We do not offer discounted rates for group bookings. However, if you are planning to make a booking for a large group or corporate event, please send an email to support@illusioanaries.com. One of our team members will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements and find a suitable time slot based on availability.
All bookings are considered final and confirmed at the time of purchase. Tickets, however, can be exchanged for a different time slot within the same calendar month up to 48 hours prior to the entry date and time, subject to any additional fees. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged for a date in a different calendar month. Tickets can also be transferred to another person within this same 48-hour window. Refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled or abandoned before half of the show has taken place. Please be aware that tickets and transaction fees are non-refundable, and tickets purchased through unofficial channels may be refused by Illusionaries. To exchange or transfer your ticket, please log into Universe.
The suitability for child entry varies depending on the exhibition. Some exhibitions may be more appropriate for children, while others are designed with an adult audience in mind. Please check the specific event page on our official website for details regarding age restrictions and the need for adult supervision. Identification may be requested upon entry, so it is recommended to bring proper identification.
Tickets are regularly released in batches. To stay informed about future releases, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. By doing so, you'll be the first to know when tickets become available.
Our tickets are exclusively e-tickets, which will be sent to your confirmation email address in the form of a PDF attachment. You can choose to print out the e-ticket or have it readily available on your electronic device for scanning upon entry to the event.
If you have not received your tickets via email after purchasing them, please contact the box office using our contact form or at support@illusionaries.com. They can resend the tickets to you. Additionally, make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you cannot locate your e-tickets.
