    To ensure a pleasant experience at Illusionaries, timed entry is enforced, thus we highly advise purchasing tickets online in advance. Although it may be possible to purchase tickets on the day of your visit, availability is limited. Please note that a handling fee is charged per transaction for tickets purchased at the venue.

    Tickets can be purchased through our official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster. You can access Ticketmaster's Universe platform through our website or by visiting this link. Please note that tickets purchased from unofficial sellers will not be accepted for entry and are therefore invalid.

    While it may be possible to purchase tickets at the venue on the day of the event, we highly recommend that you book your tickets online in advance as availability may be limited. To ensure that you secure your desired tickets, it is best to check our ticketing site beforehand to confirm if we are open and if tickets are still available for your preferred date and time.

    Please arrive within your designated arrival times. Please refer to your ticket confirmation which would provide specific information about your purchased exhibition and its arrival times. This is to regulate the number of guests in the venue and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
  • Is There A Discount Available For Disabled Visitors Or Their Carers?
    While we don't offer specific discounts for our visitors with disabilities, we believe that access to culture and art should be available to everyone. We are committed to making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Therefore, we provide a provision for one accompanying carer per eligible visitor, completely free of charge. This means there's no need to purchase a separate ticket for your carer. If you wish to bring along a carer, we ask that you present appropriate proof of eligibility when you visit. Upon presentation at the entrance, this documentation will secure your carer's complimentary admission. Below is a list of documents we might take into consideration when providing a complimentary carer ticket: A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) document. Disability Living Allowance (DLA). A letter from a medical professional, such as a doctor's note or a letter from an occupational therapist. A Carer's Allowance document. A Nimbus Access Card with the '+1' symbol.   • Can I Get A Group Rate For My Booking?
    We do not offer discounted rates for group bookings. However, if you are planning to make a booking for a large group or corporate event, please send an email to support@illusioanaries.com. One of our team members will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements and find a suitable time slot based on availability.
  • Can I Modify, Exchange, Or Refund My Tickets?
    All bookings are considered final and confirmed at the time of purchase. Tickets, however, can be exchanged for a different time slot within the same calendar month up to 48 hours prior to the entry date and time, subject to any additional fees. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged for a date in a different calendar month. Tickets can also be transferred to another person within this same 48-hour window. Refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled or abandoned before half of the show has taken place. Please be aware that tickets and transaction fees are non-refundable, and tickets purchased through unofficial channels may be refused by Illusionaries.     Our tickets are exclusively e-tickets, which will be sent to your confirmation email address in the form of a PDF attachment. You can choose to print out the e-ticket or have it readily available on your electronic device for scanning upon entry to the event.

    We encourage visitors to explore the space and appreciate the exhibits from various perspectives. Hence, we do not offer seating in the exhibition rooms.

    Yes, music will be played throughout the venue, with each exhibition room featuring a different style. For those who are sensitive to sound, we recommend using ear defenders to help with the transition between music styles, or taking a break between exhibition rooms.

    The lighting in each of the three exhibition rooms will be adjusted to suit the various projections and will differ between the rooms. It is important to note that some areas of the experience may be dark, which could affect visual communication and balance for certain individuals.     Non-commercial photography and videography is permitted inside the Illusionaries experience, but visitors are requested to be considerate of others and avoid using flash.   • Are Bags Allowed Inside The Venue And What Items Are Prohibited?
    Unfortunately, we do not have a cloakroom or storage space for luggage, and therefore we cannot accommodate large suitcases or rucksacks. Only drinks purchased on-site may be consumed within the venue, with the exception of personal water bottles. Guide dogs are the only pets allowed on the premises. Bicycles, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited inside the building, as is smoking or vaping. Additionally, for the safety of all guests, no knives or weapons of any kind are permitted.
